This decision was made at a meeting of the Expert Personnel Commission on the Activities of Heads of Educational Institutions, Vocational Technical and Extracurricular Education Institutions held on August 21, 2015 under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Education and Science Pavlo Polyanskyi.

The commission reviewed the activities of the heads of vocational and technical educational institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and, in addition to new appointments, issued a reprimand to the director of one of the PTNS of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Also, in connection with the expiration of the contract, two directors were dismissed - VPU Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk State Youth Palace "Yunist".

During the meeting, the commission appointed two directors for a term of 1 year for the first time:

- Victoria Sergiivna Berbets - director of the Kyiv State House of Artistic and Technical Creativity (Kyiv);

- Kachenyuk Anatoliy Georgiyovych - the director of the State Vocational and Technical Educational Institution "Apostolic Center for Training and Retraining of Workers" (Dnipropetrovsk region).

Taking into account the positions of the collectives of educational institutions and regional administrations, contracts were concluded for the new term for the positions of managers with:

– Volodymyr Mykolayovych Melnychuk, director of the Higher Vocational School No. 3 of Mukachevo, for a period of 3 years – from September 1, 2015 to September 1, 2018 (Transcarpathian region);

- Mykyta Maryna Ivanivna, director of Vocational and Technical School No. 33 of Velikiy Bereznyi township, for a period of 3 years - from September 10, 2015 to September 10, 2018 (Transcarpathian region);

- Rybak Svitlana Mykolaivna, director of the State Vocational and Technical Educational Institution "Dnipropetrovsk Vocational Railway Lyceum", for a period of 3 years - from September 2, 2015 to September 2, 2018 (Dnipropetrovsk region);

– Tripak Vasyl Vasyliovych, director of the State Educational Institution "Zaporizhsky Professional Lyceum of Railway Transport", for a period of 5 years - from September 18, 2015 to September 18, 2020 (Zaporizhia region);

- Myts Volodymyr Fedorovych, director of the State educational institution "Melitopol Professional Agrarian Lyceum", for a period of 5 years - from October 10, 2015 to October 10, 2020 (Zaporizhia region);

– Leontyuk Bohdan Borisovych, director of Vocational and Technical School No. 38 of Golovanivsk township, for a period of 5 years – from September 10, 2015 to September 10, 2020 (Kirovohrad Region);

- Oleh Mykolayovych Vetrov, director of Vocational and Technical School No. 36 of Novgorodka, for a period of 5 years - from October 10, 2015 to October 10, 2020 (Kirovohrad Region);

– Orest Myroslavovych Zhipal, director of Lviv educational center No. 48, for a period of 5 years - from September 2, 2015 to September 2, 2020 (Lviv region);

- Ihor Mykolayovych Ishchenko, director of Vocational and Technical School No. 50 in Karlivka, for a term of 3 years - from September 28, 2015 to September 28, 2018 (Poltava Region);

- Nesen Mykola Hryhorovych, director of Higher Vocational School No. 7 of Kremenchuk, for a period of 5 years - from September 28, 2015 to September 28, 2020 (Poltava Region);

- Alla Vasylivna Kostrykova, director of the State Vocational and Technical Educational Institution "Zamglai Agrarian Vocational and Technical School", for a period of 5 years - from September 5, 2015 to September 5, 2020 (Chernihiv Region);

- by Yury Anatoliyovych Novosad, director of the Kherson Vocational Shipbuilding Lyceum, for a period of 5 years - from September 2, 2015 to September 2, 2020 (Kherson region).

The decision of the Expert Personnel Commission reprimanded Pavel Toporets, director of the State Vocational and Technical Educational Institution "Kryvorizky Center of Vocational Education" (Dnipropetrovsk Region) for improper fulfillment of the terms of the contract. Also, in connection with the expiration of the contract, Elena Volodymyrivna Gurska, Higher Vocational School No. 55 of Dnipropetrovsk (from September 2, 2015) and Vitaly Khadzymurzaevich Tsarkaev, Donetsk State Palace of Youth "Yunist" (from September 1, 2015) were dismissed from the position of director year).
