According to her, 40% survey participants note the corruption of the teaching staff of higher educational institutions. It is very difficult to fight this corruption because it is proactive. Studies show that it comes from students, these are bribes that have become a system, because it is easier to pay than to study. This is because the society generally does not demand people with education, with knowledge, a diploma is needed - emphasized Bekeshkina.

In her opinion, this corruption can be fought only by increasing the weight of knowledge, the weight of qualifications, professionalism and at least by introducing an objective independent evaluation at the exit, then many problems will be solved.

The director of "Democratic Initiatives" also emphasized that reforming the education system is impossible without reforming society in general.
