The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made a decision to increase the social protection of teacher assistants working in inclusive groups and directors of preschool educational institutions regarding their right to a pension for years of service.

The government made appropriate changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 909 of November 4, 1993. "On the list of institutions and institutions of education, health care and social protection and positions, work in which gives the right to a pension for years of service".

From now on, the fifth paragraph of Section 1 in the column "Names of positions" will be as follows: "directors (heads), method educators, educators, assistant educators of preschool educational institutions in inclusive groups, music directors, special education teachers, speech therapist teachers, practical psychologists".

Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 14, 2016 No. 954 "On Amendments to the List of Institutions and Institutions of Education, Health Care and Social Protection and Positions in Which Work Gives the Right to a Long Service Pension" brings into compliance with the law the guaranteed state rights of directors and employees of inclusive groups of preschool educational institutions.
