As Yehor Firsov, a People's Deputy from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc, noted, diplomas of higher education institutions from the occupied territories of Luhansk and Donetsk regions will not be recognized even by Russia.
"All the statements of representatives of the LPR and DNR that the diplomas will be recognized are delusional. It is a fake, like everything that these terrorist organizations promise," he said.
Also, he emphasized that he has repeatedly called on students who study in higher educational institutions in the occupied territories to leave them and transfer to those universities located in the territories controlled by Ukraine.
"I agree that it is difficult. The state does not always provide adequate conditions. However, it is in Ukraine that students will receive a diploma that will be recognized," Yehor Firsov emphasized.
Yehor Firsov reported that in the occupied territories there is propaganda about the creation of branches of Moscow State University or Rostov University. "It just makes me smile. No one will come there. And those diplomas issued by the LPR and DPR will not be recognized even in Russia," said Firsov.
