According to her, the main problem of the law "On Higher Education" is that it requires the Ministry of Education and Science and the Center for Evaluation of the Quality of Education to do impossible things, in fact to engage in fraud. This will be manifested in the fact that the Center for the Evaluation of the Quality of Education has to compile tables of correspondence between the old scores and tests and the new ones, which is impossible.

"Any evaluation system is developed for specific conditions and situations. Ukraine is currently developing a rating system for assessing applicants' knowledge," Yehorchenko said.

Changes to the law "On Higher Education" will affect the fact that some applicants will not be able to get into the universities they planned to attend.  

If this law is adopted, trust in Ukrainian education will suffer, first of all. ZNO is the only thing that inspires trust in society, the expert said.
