The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine supported the appeal of the Ministry of Education and Science to liquidate the Institute of Innovative Technologies and Educational Content. On the basis of this institution, 2 institutions will be created - the Institute of Modernization of Education and the Institute of Educational Analytics.

In this way, the Ministry of Education and Science fulfilled one of the measures of its program to fight corruption and reform the Ministry's activity system. As you know, the Institute of Innovative Technologies and Educational Content has repeatedly been involved in high-profile corruption scandals related to non-transparent procedures for purchasing and printing textbooks.

 The Institute for the Modernization of the Content of Education will develop curricula, programs and textbooks in accordance with the updated state standards, and the Institute for Educational Analytics will provide quality collection, analysis and generalization of the necessary statistical information, on the basis of which decisions will be made regarding reforming the field of education.
