As noted on the website of the Ministry of Education, the draft Law of Ukraine "On Postgraduate Education" was finalized the day before. It took into account all suggestions and comments that arose during the public discussion.
According to the Ministry of Education and Culture, the draft law was developed in accordance with the implementation of the National Action Plan for 2013 regarding the implementation of the Program of Economic Reforms for 2010-2014 "Prosperous Society, Competitive Economy, Effective State", approved by Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 128 dated March 12, 2013, and the Plan measures for the implementation in 2013 of the provisions of the State Personnel Policy Strategy for 2012-2020, approved by the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated April 23, 2013 No. 229.
