Ukraine currently needs a powerful impetus for the development of post-graduate pedagogical education institutions.
Deputy Minister of Education Vira Rohova said this during a meeting of heads of regional post-graduate pedagogical education institutions with the leadership of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
During the meeting, it was emphasized the importance of developing a separate law, which is needed to regulate the work of institutes and regulations on the institution of postgraduate pedagogical education.
"The regulations on these institutions are outdated, because approaches to education, technological conditions and the needs of the educational community have changed in recent years. We must find a common way to update the regulatory and legal support for the work of post-graduate pedagogical education institutions in cooperation with state authorities, state institutions, public organizations and international organizations," said the deputy minister.
According to her, all of this should strengthen the ability to qualitatively prepare teachers for the implementation of NUS in basic schools.
