In 2021, the registration of electronic offices of applicants who will enter the first year for the degree of Junior Bachelor, Bachelor or Master of Medicine will begin on July 1.
The corresponding norm is contained in the Conditions of admission to higher education institutions in 2021, approved by the Ministry of Education and Science.
Acceptance of documents and applications from entrants will begin on July 14.
The formation of rating lists of entrants who will enter higher education institutions based on the results of an external independent assessment, the provision of recommendations for enrollment and the publication of the list of recommended ones will be carried out no later than July 28.
According to the acting Minister of Education Serhiy Shkarlet, the Ministry of Education plans to conduct an admissions campaign in July 2021, which will provide an opportunity for applicants and members of admissions committees to have time to rest before the start of the new academic year.
"Since it is not yet known how the situation with the spread of the coronavirus will develop, almost all entrants will be able to submit applications for admission electronically. To register an electronic office, you need to have at least one certificate of secondary education and a document of complete general secondary education, made in Ukraine using photopolymer technologies," said Serhiy Shkarlet.
Also, according to the head of the education department, the Ministry of Education plans to make it possible to submit enrollment documents remotely — directly through the applicant's electronic account using an electronic signature.
