After two months of quarantine, kindergartens, gyms, hotels and public transport will operate with increased security measures.

New rules will also be introduced for external independent evaluation (EIA), the Ministry of Health reports.

Currently, the Ministry of Health has prepared a draft of recommendations and submitted it for public discussion. But the chances that these recommendations will become a reality are quite high.

Already on May 22, the country plans to open ground public transport, large shops up to 1000 square meters. m and gyms. Other significant relaxations are also on the way - the start of kindergartens and the conduct of external examinations for entrants.

Here are the main points of the draft recommendations of the Ministry of Health.

Kindergartens

- Prohibit the use of reusable cloth towels, soft toys, carpets with long pile.

- Prohibit mass events - performances, holidays or concerts with spectators and with the participation of children from other groups.

- Prefer outdoor games and non-contact games.

- Mandatory temperature screening for employees before the shift.

– Temperature screening of children upon arrival and every four hours throughout the day.

- Children should be handed over to a teacher on the street. Parents must wear a mask.

– Kindergartens must be equipped with hand washing facilities and alcohol-based hand sanitizers. Hands should be cleaned at least every two hours.

- Cleaning of the premises and disinfection of surfaces should take place every two hours and after the end of classes.

Sports clubs

- Do not use reusable towels.

- The operation of swimming pools, spas, massages, bars, children's rooms, group classes for children is prohibited.

– Changing rooms and showers should be unloaded – every second locker should be closed.

- No more than 1 person per 10 square meters can be in the room at the same time. m of hall area.

- Group classes should be held by prior appointment for no more than 10 participants, if we are talking about a room where one person will have 5 square meters. m.

- Temperature screening before arrival is also mandatory for employees and visitors. Workers must wear masks.

- There should be free access to liquid soap and disinfectants.

- Cleaning, disinfection of surfaces and ventilation of the room should be done every two hours and after the end of classes.

Hotels

- Temperature screening before arrival is also mandatory for employees and visitors.

- Employees and visitors outside their own room must wear masks or respirators.

- There should be free access to liquid soap and disinfectants.

– If the visitor has a fever and symptoms of SARS, he should be isolated in the room until the ambulance arrives.

– There should be no more than one person per 10 square meters in the lobby at the same time. m of area.

- In all other zones, the administration must ensure a social distance of at least 1.5 meters.

- The operation of local gyms, conference halls and spas is prohibited.

- Meals should be provided either in the rooms or on the summer terraces of restaurants.

ZNO and other mass testing

- Participants are admitted to the exam only in a mask or respirator and after temperature screening. For those who will not be admitted due to their health, there will be an opportunity to take the exam at another time.

- Mass gatherings of people and queues without observing social distance are prohibited.

- During seating, there must be a distance of at least 1.5 meters between participants.

- There should be free access to liquid soap and disinfectants in the room.

- Before starting and after testing, the premises must be cleaned and the surfaces must be disinfected.

Public transport

- All employees must undergo a temperature screening before their shift.

- Drivers, conductors and passengers must wear masks or respirators, passengers without masks cannot be allowed into the cabin.

- There should be no more passengers in the cabin than seats in a specific mode of transport.

- Before each flight, wet cleaning with the use of antiseptics should be carried out in transport.

- At bus stations and salons, informational materials on the prevention of the spread of the coronavirus should be distributed and stationary disinfectants should be installed.

- The operation of waiting rooms must be prohibited, at bus stations passengers must observe a social distance of at least 1.5 meters.
