As the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, Pavlo Khobzei, emphasized during the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the educational project "Public-private partnership for the improvement of sanitary and technical education in Ukraine", held at the Ministry of Education and Science. The project is being implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture together with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and the company "Heberit International Sales AG".
Also, he noted that thanks to this Project, the profession "Installer of sanitary-technical systems and equipment" was identified as one of the priority ones. It was included in the pilot project implemented by the Government of Ukraine in 2016-2017 and financed from the state budget. Within its borders, in particular, Educational and practical centers are created, where the most modern achievements of production and pedagogical technologies are used to train students. Currently, there are 6 such centers for training plumbers.
"This year, the project will move more dynamically, we plan to improve the achieved results and show the success of joint work," said Holger Tausch.
Thus, it is planned to update the training manuals, conduct a number of trainings and seminars, develop marketing materials to promote the services of Training and Practical Centers, create mobile applications for professional orientation of school graduates, etc.
Mykola Kuchynskyi drew attention to the need to develop methodical support for the Centers' activities, as well as to conduct an assessment of the quality of training of graduates participating in the Project by independent experts, primarily representatives of the Heberit company.
