To support Ukrainian scientists and the development of scientific research, CRDF Global, together with the Ministry of Education and Science, created a reserve fund. After meeting with American partners, the Minister thanked for cooperation and emphasized the importance of support from the global fund of scientists.
In his address to CRDF Global, Serhiy Kvit emphasized that Ukraine has a powerful system of higher education and science, which implements innovative technologies and ensures the modernization of the economy, production and society in general.
Also, the Minister noted that in this difficult time, it is necessary to resolve the issues related to the occupation and forcibly displaced persons, which number more than 1.2 million people, as soon as possible.
26 universities and research institutes were relocated from the territory not under the control of the Ukrainian authorities, but all buildings, laboratories, and the entire material and technical base remained in the territory not under the control of the government.
