The draft resolution of the CMU was listed on the website of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine for public discussion "On the approval of the Procedure for the transfer of students of higher education who are studying at the expense of the state (local) budget funds to other higher educational institutions".
This project was developed in accordance with the requirements stipulated in part six of Article 46 of the Law of Ukraine dated July 1, 2014 No. 1556-VII "On Higher Education".
Within one month from the date of publication of the draft resolution (until May 8, 2015), all proposals and comments on the said draft law will be accepted, which can be sent by e-mail to: g_boiko@mon.gov.ua.
