In Ukraine, the actions of fraudsters who speculate on the topic of hostilities and collect funds on behalf of the Ministry of Education and Culture have become more frequent. The Ministry of Education and Culture informs about this in its address to the heads of educational institutions.

"Due to the fact that recently there have been more frequent cases of appeals to the heads of higher and vocational educational institutions by swindlers, disguised as the Ministry of Education and Science, with a request to transfer funds for the needs of the ATO, we officially declare. The Ministry does not collect funds for any needs, and therefore considers it criminal and especially cynical for individuals to appeal to educational institutions on this issue," the Ministry of Education and Culture said in the letter.

In the event that such a fact of criminal solicitation and extortion of funds from the heads of higher educational institutions is recorded, it is necessary to immediately report it to the law enforcement authorities.
