All proposals and comments of higher educational institutions, scientific institutions, scientists and experts regarding the prepared draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On approval of the Procedure for training doctors of philosophy and doctors of science in higher educational institutions (scientific institutions)" were processed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The obtained results are summarized, but not final, which can be found on the website of the Ministry under the heading "Public discussion".
