According to of the new version of the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated August 8, 2014 No. 917 a simplified procedure for ordering and issuing duplicate documents on general secondary education to graduates of educational institutions in certain settlements of Donetsk and Luhansk regions has been defined.
The list of settlements whose residents temporarily do not have the opportunity to obtain documents on education has been approved by order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 7, 2014 No. 1085.
In accordance with the above-mentioned order of the Ministry, graduates of the relevant educational institutions (2000-2014 years) can apply to any general educational institution of the corresponding degree in the territory of Ukraine controlled by state authorities with an application to order the necessary duplicate and receive it in the prescribed manner.
