As Lilia Hrynevych noted, a letter was sent to the Cabinet of Ministers with the position of the Committee on Science and Education regarding budget saving measures for 2015.

In the letter, she noted that measures to overcome the crisis at the expense of the humanitarian sphere will lead to the deterioration of the social status of teachers, scientific-pedagogical and scientific workers.

Also, Liliya Hrynevych noted that the cancellation of guarantees regarding the financial support of the education sector, the introduction of mandatory nine-year education, the deprivation of students of inclusive and special classes of the right to food, and students and pupils - to scholarships and discounted travel - contradict the interests of the Ukrainian people and do not correspond to modern world trends.

The letter states that in the event of cancellation of seniority allowances and additional payments for the performance of mandatory types of pedagogical activity, proposed by the Ministry of Finance, teachers and scientists will find themselves beyond the limit of survival.
