The participants of the seminar were deputy directors of higher educational institutions of the 1st and 2nd academic years, which train junior specialists, and students of the Central Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education.

Issues related to higher education, the implementation of the new Law "On Higher Education" in the system of higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation I-II, the status of higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation I-II, continuity of education, the role of higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation were presented for discussion. -II r.a. in the profile training of secondary school students, the Ministry of Education and Science's approval of educational literature for higher educational institutions.

Also, at the seminar, the following presentations were heard: Koretskyi M. Kh. - vice-rector of the University of Management of Education, Stepka M. F. - director of TsIPPO, Karpenko E. A. - head. sector of the higher education department, S. S. Kretovych - chief specialist of the higher education department, L. O. Kotolovets - head of the IITZO department, V. V. Kovtunets - expert, member of the coordination working group on the development of the Law "On Higher Education".

The participants of the seminar expressed their gratitude to the organizers and their willingness to work together with the Ministry of Education and Science to determine the place and fate of colleges in the education system of Ukraine.
