In Ukraine, more than 550,000 education workers have been vaccinated against COVID-19.

This was reported by the Ministry of Education and Science with reference to the data of the Ministry of Health as of July 12.

The Ministry of Education emphasizes that currently the department's priority task is the process of vaccinating education workers, which will make it possible to start the educational process in face-to-face format.

"General statistics for Ukraine indicate the high responsibility of educators to work in the conditions of the spread of the coronavirus," the Ministry of Education emphasized.

A second dose of the vaccine is reserved for all educators who are vaccinated with the first dose.

Currently, Kyiv, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, and Kharkiv regions are the leaders in terms of the number of vaccinated educators.
