The draft law resolves many issues that arose before the previous revisions,&quot; Liliya Hrynevych stressed. She noted that the goal - to respond to the challenges facing the education system and the state with European ambitions - has been achieved in the draft law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The Chairman of the Committee informed the audience that the correct structure of the draft law had finally been achieved and those articles that could be corrected between the first and second reading had been added. Lilia Hrynevych listed the main content items added to the project: a description of a modern Ukrainian school with its differences from today&#039;s school; the status of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers as leaders of reforms is defined; mechanisms have been developed to ensure equal access to education, particularly in rural areas, and the relationship between education and the labor market; positioning of professional and technical and higher professional education, the source of financing of which is determined by the state budget. The head of the Committee confirmed the presence of a number of additional progressive norms in the draft law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>The Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Science and Education decided to recommend to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the draft Law of Ukraine
