In his speech during the Ukrainian Software Development Forum 3.0, which took place on September 17 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, he stated that both in education and in science, in the IT sphere, systematicity and comprehensiveness are important.
According to him, information technology is the most dynamic business in Ukraine. The results of the Ministry's cooperation with the IT industry can be seen in this year's school programs, Serhiy Kvit emphasized.
Commenting on the new approach to state procurement, the Minister of Education and Science emphasized the advantages of block financing of universities. "Block financing will allow universities to decide for themselves how many specialists, including in the IT field, they need to graduate," the minister said.
