Quality education will ensure Ukraine's breakthrough in the economy and other spheres. This was announced by Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman during a conversation with journalists at the fruit storage of LLC "Ukraine" in the Ternopil region.

"Quality education will give a breakthrough to the country and the economy, as well as in other areas," the Prime Minister is convinced. - Quality education is a breakthrough for Ukraine, quality education is what will give us the opportunity to move forward. In such a difficult competitive world, education should be at the forefront."

The sphere of education and its quality is one of the main priorities for the Government, the Prime Minister noted. "Our priority is a Ukrainian teacher," he said.

In the Budget for 2017, the Government provided for an increase in the salary of Ukrainian teachers. It will be increased by two tariff categories and will increase to 50 % compared to the amount of wages by December 1, 2016, Volodymyr Groysman noted.

The Head of Government emphasized that the decentralization reform provided sufficient resources and powers to localities and ensured self-sufficiency of communities. Thus, the local government was able to provide quality education and provide an affordable school.

"From kindergarten to the end of school, our children have only one chance to get a quality education. We will never go back to school. That is why education should be of high quality from the very beginning in secondary schools and kindergartens. It is also necessary to put an end to the fact that for decades education was destroyed and it was held on the shoulders of educational enthusiasts. Our task is quality, and to bring this quality to all spheres of life," emphasized Volodymyr Groysman.
