The civil network OPORA, whose observers monitor compliance with the procedures for conducting the external evaluation, positively assessed the start of the main session of the external independent evaluation in 2017. This is stated in the release of the organization based on the results of monitoring the testing of the Ukrainian language and literature in 16 regions of Ukraine.

In particular, public observers noted the good training and work of the staff at the testing points. In none of the testing points were there any violations of the integrity of the containers with test materials, which indicates that the confidentiality of the content of the tasks was ensured.

Also, the results of the observation indicate that the entrants also took a rather responsible approach to the testing procedure.

"Only a very small part showed up at the testing points, where OPORA representatives were observing, without the relevant documents," the organization notes.

At the same time, some participants, despite the prohibition to have technical means of reading and processing information, had telephones, headphones and other devices with them, due to which they were deprived of further right to work on the test.

As you know, an external independent assessment is ongoing in Ukraine, and in the near future test participants will take tests in English, mathematics, and the history of Ukraine.
