On April 16, 2016, in the Kyiv, Lviv, and Odesa regions, as well as in the city of Kyiv, an external independent assessment of English, Spanish, German, and French was held.

The order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine "On approbation of a new format of tasks for certification works of external independent assessment of foreign languages" No. 1320 of December 18, 2015 provides that, at the request of the participants, the results of the approbation external independent assessment can be included as a grade for the state final certification for the educational level of complete general secondary education in the relevant foreign language.

In the personal office, the participants of the approbation test can familiarize themselves with the results, as well as give their consent to the inclusion of the received points as a grade for the state final certification.

The choice regarding the inclusion of the result as a grade for the state final certification is considered to be made if the message "You have given your consent to the inclusion of the result of the approbation external independent evaluation as a grade for the state final certification" appears on the page of the participant of the approbation test.

Please note that you can use the function of giving consent to the inclusion of the results of the approbation test in foreign languages only once and until April 29, 2016.

Information about the results of the approbation external independent assessment of persons who will give consent for enrollment will be transferred to educational institutions.

During the approbation external independent assessment of foreign languages, each participant received a certificate of participation in it. Based on this certificate, the test result will be counted as a grade for the state final certification. For this, you need to contact the administration of the educational institution where the participant studies. The procedure for the inclusion of the results of the approbation testing of a foreign language by educational institutions is defined in the letter of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 04/13/2016 No. 1/11-5015 "Regarding the inclusion of the results of the approbation external independent assessment as grades for the state final certification".

Participants who wish to count the results of the approbation external independent assessment of foreign languages as a grade for the state final certification are advised to follow the instructions for using the "Approbation testing" option.
