The Ministry of Education recommended that, in case of impossibility of carrying out the procedure in the planned terms due to the situation in specific regions, the certification of teachers should be postponed to the next year.

This is stated in the letter of the Ministry of Education and Science.

Thus, the Ministry of Education reported that in accordance with the Standard Regulation on certification, the decision to postpone certification for one year can be made by certification commissions at any time and for any good reason.

"For such employees, until the next attestation, the qualification categories (tariff categories) established by the previous attestation, pedagogical ranks are kept," the Ministry of Education and Culture noted.

The Ministry of Education also reminded that the successful completion of the certification is counted as the completion of the teacher's certification and is the basis for assigning him the appropriate qualification category or teaching title.
