Today, May 21, more than 160,000 people will begin the main session of the external independent assessment of 2019 with a test in mathematics.
Admission of applicants to testing points will last from 10:15 to 10:50.
External independent evaluation will start at 11:00.
Participants will be allowed to enter the examination centers only if they have the following documents:
– Original Certificate of external independent assessment;
– Passport or other document, the series (if available) and number of which is indicated in the Certificate;
– Invitation-passes for participation in the external independent evaluation, which the participants must print out from the information page.
If it is impossible to present the original Certificate, passport or other document, the series and number of which is indicated in the Certificate, or if copies of these documents are provided, the applicant will not be admitted to the examination center.
We advise the participants of the external examination to find out in advance the address of the external independent assessment in mathematics, indicated in the invitation-pass on the information page. Routes to points of external independent evaluation are posted on the websites of regional centers for evaluating the quality of education.
We recommend taking with you two or three pens with rich black ink, as well as, if desired, a transparent bottle with drinking water.
We remind you that during the test, the applicant cannot carry any means of communication, devices for reading, processing, saving and reproducing information, printed and handwritten materials that are not provided for by the testing procedure.
During the mathematics test, participants of the external examination are prohibited from using a ruler, pencil, compass, calculator, etc.
Things not provided for by the external assessment procedure (outer clothing, umbrellas, bags, books, calculators, switched off mobile phones, other means of communication, devices for reading, processing, saving and reproducing information, as well as individual elements that may be components of relevant technical means or devices, printed or handwritten materials, means, objects, devices) participants of the external examination leave in a specially designated place, which will be indicated by the instructor in the testing room.
180 minutes are allotted for the certification work in mathematics. The total number of tasks in the test is 33. The maximum number of points that can be scored by correctly completing all tasks is 62.
The certification work contains tasks of various forms:
– With the choice of one correct answer (No. 1–20); answers to them must be marked in form A;
– To establish correspondence (“logical pairs”) (No. 21–24); answers to them must be marked in form A;
– Open form with a short answer, containing two types of tasks: structured (No. 25, 26) and unstructured (No. 27–30); answers to them must be marked in form A;
– Open form with expanded answer (No. 31–33); the solution to them must be recorded in form B.
