Registration for the external independent evaluation will begin on February 6, 2018.
Registration will last until March 19.
April 2 is the last day for making changes to registration data
One of the mandatory documents for registration is a registration card, which is created using the "Register" service located on the official website of the Ukrainian Center for Evaluation of the Quality of Education. You can create a registration card yourself or go to one of the registration points, the list of which will be posted on the website of the Ukrainian Center.
After issuing the registration card, it is necessary to create a set of registration documents and submit it to the educational institution in which they study (persons who will prepare DPA in the form of ZNO), or send it (preferably by registered mail) to the address of the regional center indicated in the control and information letter (others categories of persons).
A person who has successfully registered will receive from the regional center a certificate of external independent evaluation, an information bulletin and a registration notice of the participant of the external examination. These documents will be sent to persons who pass the state final certification in the form of external independent assessment to the address of the educational institution in which they study, to other categories - to the address specified during registration.
A passport is the main document certifying identity for successful registration at the ZNO. It is its copy that the future participant must attach to the set of documents. The rule regarding the possibility of submitting a copy of the birth certificate instead of a copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine for registration to participate in the external examination by persons who, as of September 1 of the year preceding the year of their participation in the test, did not turn 16 years old, has been removed. The changes took place in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation (the passport of a citizen of Ukraine must be obtained by a person who has reached the age of 14).
Persons who need to create special (special) conditions for testing must obtain a medical opinion (form 086-3/o) and, when creating a registration card, indicate its number and date of issue.
