All textbooks printed at the expense of state funds will be published free of charge on the Internet in an electronic version. This was stated by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Pavlo Polyanskyi during the National Tripartite Socio-Economic Council.

"We understand that a paper textbook is not something that satisfies all children. At the same time, we called on publishing houses, together with the Ukrainian Association of Book Publishers, that all textbooks, without exception, the creation of which is paid for at the expense of taxpayers, that is, at the expense of the state, to make their electronic versions available on the Internet for free," he said.

Pavlo Polyansky noted that with the help of such an initiative, all children will have access to education, including those living in temporarily occupied territories.
