The second The entire database of tests was removed from the Ukrainian State Educational and Scientific Committee, which is 40,000 calibrated tasks for certified works. Where these tasks are, in what condition they are, is unknown. Therefore, tests will have to be prepared manually from tasks that will be invented on the fly. "We do not guarantee high-quality, valid certification works in connection with this situation," Ihor Leonidovych emphasized.
The third. UTSOYAO has outdated equipment. And the equipment will not survive the new season, because the last time the equipment was updated in 2008. Since then, the center has not received a penny for updating the facilities. 60 % employees work on their own laptops.
Fourth. In the state budget draft, 109 million hryvnias are provided for the conduct of the ZNO, which is 10-11 million hryvnias more than this year. Although the number of tests, according to the plans approved by the Ministry of Education and Culture, should increase by 3.5 times.
Fifth. Over the past month and a half, UTSOYAO and regional centers have lost several highly professional specialists who cannot be replaced by anyone today. "The outflow process is increasing.
