Through the ReFormEd internship programme, the Ministry of Education and Science provides an opportunity for specialists from various fields to join the implementation of reforms in the education sector. As part of this programme, participants will work on the implementation of the strategic plan "Education of Winners".
Starting from 10 November, the selected candidates will begin a month of intensive training, which will include 40 hours of lectures, practical classes and workshops.
Upon completion of the programme, participants will have a chance to be employed in educational institutions such as the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ukrainian Institute for Educational Development, the Ukrainian Centre for Educational Quality Assessment, the Institute of Educational Analytics, and the NUS Implementation Office.
The training will cover the following key areas:
- Development of regulations in the field of education;
- Creating and updating educational programmes;
- Development of communications in the field of educational reforms;
- Data analytics for educational decision-making;
- Professional development of teachers;
- Management of educational projects.
Participants will listen to lectures from leading educational experts, participate in trainings and workshops, and receive an individual development trajectory under the guidance of mentors.
