Since July 1, 2016, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has been operating advisory telephone lines on the admission of applicants to higher educational institutions of Ukraine.
Specialists of the Ministry of Education and Culture and volunteers of the public organization "Open Policy Foundation" advise citizens on admission to higher educational institutions, and also promise to respond promptly to possible violations of the law.

For calls from the territory of Crimea and temporarily uncontrolled territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, two telephone lines are allocated:

Advice lines will be open during the introductory campaign on working days from 9:00 to 18:00.
In addition, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports organized a reception for citizens regarding admission to higher educational institutions of Ukraine at the address: Kyiv, Peremogy Avenue, 10, room 122.
