Starting from July 4, 2014 on internet portals for remote submission of applications (in electronic form) to higher educational institutions, registration of entrants is open at the address ez.osvitavsim.org.ua.

We note that it will be possible to submit an application for admission to a university in electronic form only from July 11.

According to the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine, electronic applications (submitted remotely) are equivalent to paper applications (submitted during a personal visit to a higher educational institution).

Also, the MES noted that in order to improve the conditions for admission to higher education institutions for applicants from Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the deadlines for submitting documents to higher education institutions were postponed.

We remind you that applicants from the Donetsk and Luhansk regions will take part in an additional session of the external examination, which will take place from July 1 to 15. The main session of the ZNO was held in the period from June 3 to 27.
